At HGcaps, we believe that the advancement of science and technology is key to enhancing the competitiveness of our capsules. To this end, we have integrated cutting-edge systems such as vacuum material transfer, intelligent weighing, visual scanning inspection, AGV transportation, alongside MES and SAP, into our smart factory setup. This integration ensures that our capsules are of consistent, high quality, setting new standards in the industry.
Located in Zhejiang Province in China, close to the international hub of Shanghai, HGcaps occupies over 370,000 square feet of land, featuring a state-of-the-art GMP (NSF) certified factory spanning 100,000 square feet. With 30 smart automatic capsule production lines, we have the capacity to produce 30 billion capsule shells annually.
